Return Eligibility

• ✓ Return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order
• ✓ Product must be unused or minimally used (more than 75% remaining)
• ✓ Original packaging must be intact
• ✓ Damaged or defective products are accepted for full return or replacement

How to Initiate a Return

• 1 WhatsApp or email us with your order number and reason for return
• 2 Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
• 3 Ship the product back using the instructions provided
• 4 Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return

Refund Method

• ✓ For COD orders: refund via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days
• ✓ For online payments: refund to original payment method within 5–7 business days
• ✓ Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
